Sunnybrand's management organisation is essentially a team of six, with specific area managers reporting to the General Manager, who in turn is directly responsible to the Company's Directors.

This is a relatively small but effective structure, comprising 5 people of substantial experience in their own fields, who are all driven by the same goal, being Sunnybrand's commitment to quality.

This management team consists of:-

GENERAL MANAGER - Andrew Young

Andrew has extensive commercial experience in marketing, manufacturing, processing and development industries. In addition, he has a background in finance, managing one of the largest lending portfolios in Regional NSW and also in mortgage lending, focusing directly on relationships between investors, borrowers, Government bodies, auditors and professional advisers.

LOGISTICS MANAGER - Tony Chandler

Tony joined Sunnybrand in 2007 as a warehouse and distribution manager. He is currently responsible for managing the supply chain from live bird transport through to store delivery, including negotiation of all relevant contracts. Tony has extensive experience in the fast moving consumer goods market. Tony's previous work experience includes acting as International Buyer and Technical Advisor to Cape Byron Imports and production manager for International Watersports manufacturers.

MARKETING MANAGER - Russell Hull

Russell has developed substantial sales and marketing experience during his eight years in the packaging industry. His skills have brought to Sunnybrand an ordered and planned approach to our marketing strategy, which has enabled Sunnybrand to diversify and expand its market base. Russell has developed an in depth understanding of all aspects of the retail, wholesale and food service sections of the Australian chicken marketplace. His knowledge will continue to develop Sunnybrand's presence in this market.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER - Marianne McKenzie

Marianne is a degree-qualified CPA with over 20 years experience. With a wide range of skills, covering both financial and management accounting, she brings a broader perspective to the business by focussing on the relationship between the financial and non-finacial aspects of the business. Together with her philosophy of continuous improvement, Marianne is developing a team and systems to take the business to the next level.

FARMING MANAGER - Tony D'Andrea

Tony has brought extensive experience from different stages of the meat chicken industry, particularly in the area of breeder rearing and production management expertise, also broiler grow-out management. Tony is responsible for the operation of Breeder Farms, Hatchery and Contract broiler grow-out, together with the direction of our broiler field service staff. He is largely involved in all aspects of livestock production planning, hygiene and disease monitoring, control equipment assessment also with the recruitment and assistance of new broiler contract growers as the company continues to grow.
